Covid-19 Policy, Winter 2020 / 2021
Covid-19 has affected us all considerably, especially the disruptions on travel. The sudden closure of the Ski Resorts in France last season was especially difficult for everyone, and we worked tirelessly repatriating guests who had just arrived in France for nearly two weeks.
We want to give our customers the confidence to book their holiday, and to do that we think the following three points are really important.
- Will we be safe travelling with you?
Rest assured we will abide by all government guidelines regarding the safe transport of passengers, and try and exceed them where we can. If you have any extra requirements, or any questions about this please get in contact by emailing email@example.com, or use our contact form.
- Will my payment be protected?
As part of our Covid measures for winter 2020/2021, we're offering a 100% money back guarantee under the following circumstances up to 24 hours before the 1st scheduled transfer.
The Government of the country you are travelling from restricts travel to France. The Resort is closed by the French Government.
The transit of passengers from Geneva airport to France is not possible.
This COVID19 refund policy does not cover inability to travel due to personal illness or mandatory or voluntary quarantine or self-isolation when UK government and FCO advice permits non-essential travel and stay in France.
- Can I talk to someone first before making a booking, and just pay a small deposit to confirm the transfers?
Yes of course! Although we're actually quite a large transfer company, we're not faceless or web only. If you have any concerns about booking a holiday this season, we'd much rather you get in contact with us directly than just book online. Although our website will give you the option to pay a 25% deposit to confirm the booking, if you contact us directly we will be able to handle the booking for you, and give you the option to secure the booking with a 10% deposit, with the balance due 7 days prior to your arrival. Hopefully by the time the balance is due, we'll both know a lot more about the travel situation. The best way to get in contact with us is by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or using our contact form. You'll get though to Martin, the Resort Manager who is a full time resident in the Three Valleys, and he'll have a good idea of what the situation is locally.
